1. not to redistribute in any form the software as received by you
2. not to compromise the accuracy of the software by altering its code or appearance in any manner
3. that neither Gestation Network Ltd nor the Perinatal Institute and its employees will be held responsible for clinical diagnoses or decisions made on the bases of software output
4. that you are, in the case of software provided freely, holding a temporary license of use, and that availability can be terminated by us at any time

For the purposes of this agreement, software includes, but is not limited to:

• Bulk centile calculators
• Online GROW chart generators
• Fetal growth rate calculators
